  Hi I am running Mojave 10.14.6 and just downloaded Screen Grabber Pro, It tells me It can not find a virtual Sound card.

  Please explain what I need to do thanks

      My error in Sierra is that it can't find the virtual sound card, and to rerun the install. I do that, but still no soundcard. I've opened a ticket but it's been nearly a week and zero communication from the company.
