Creating identities

To create an identity:

1. From the Entourage menu, select Switch Identity...
2. A dialog box may appear asking if you want to close all theconnections and windows for your current identity. ClickSwitch.
3. In the next dialog box, to create another identity, click New...
4. In the New Identity dialog box, complete the'Identity name:' field. Always maintain some type of naming system,for example, Work Email or PersonalEmail. Click OK.
5. When the Setup Assistant appears, set up the email account forthis identity, entering the names of the outgoing mail, incoming mail,and news servers affiliated with your account.
