Printing

Portfolio

Web Capture

• Firefox web capture does not work if the user has selected 'Don't Allow' in permissions dialog [ADC-4254844]. For more information and workaround, see Convert to PDF failed due to Apple Event restrictions macOS Mojave 10.14.

Problem: Acrobat crashes on clicking the attach to email icon

When you try to attach a PDF to email using the Attach to Email icon in Acrobat DC on macOS Mojave, Acrobat crashes with the following error message: “Acrobat Pro DC quit unexpectedly”.

This usually happens due to one of the following reasons:

• Insufficient permission on the SendMail folder
• The SendMail folder is corrupted

From the menu bar on the desktop, click Go > Go to Folder.

High sierra for mac where is secure empty trash. In the Go to Folder dialog box, enter /private/var in the text field, and then click GO.

Using the search box at the upper right corner of the dialog box, search for 'SendMail'. /adobe-flash-update-for-1031-macos-high-sierra.html. (Ensure that you select the “Var” folder, else it may not find it.)

Now close Acrobat and relaunch it. (It'll re-create the SendMail folder, and that should fix the problem.)
